Future Careers UK Ltd operates in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. This Privacy Policy explains how we use any personal information we hold and collect about you when you contact the company, use any of our services and when you use our websites. It will be reviewed on an annual basis.

    • (a) questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your information in the Application Form,

We cannot guarantee that Employers will be subject to the same or equivalent legal requirements or practical safety measures as we are in the UK, and you specifically agree that we may share your information and data with Employers and the Provider for the purposes of delivering the Services and that such transfer is necessary for us to perform the Contract.
  • 3. We may pass on your information and data if we have a legal obligation to do so, or if we have to enforce or apply our terms of use or other agreements. This includes exchanging information with government departments for legal reasons.
